This is a set of 2 Turkish beach towels - made from 100% Cotton, measures 68 x 35 inches. You can choose any color of 2 towels in stock and message us the colors. 3. Select your font style, as well as the exact letters to be embroidered.

4. We will use the matching thread color, if you need specific color write to us.

5. Please provide us with your date-needed-by. If you need more room to write, please use the "notes to seller" section during checkout.

No returns are accepted for personalized items; however, we would be happy to accept return for up to 30 days of the original shipping date, provided that the item is: 1) not personalized and 2) in new, unused, unwashed condition. If we make a mistake in shipping or personalizing your order, we will fix it at no cost to you. No personalized items can be returned, so please be sure to double check an order before you place it.

I ordered a set of 2 grey towels with personalization from this seller and upon delivery I only received 1 towel (not the full set). I reached out to the seller's customer service rep Ozzy and they advised that it was their mistake and would cost $15 to ship and as the towel did not cost that much they would issue a refund. I replied that as the items were a gift for a married couple and I would like the missing towel instead of a refund. The responses I received next were assumptions, disrespectful, rude and uncalled for. I advised Ozzy that I would be leaving a review and reporting him to Etsy customer service as no one should be cursed at or disrespected for a mistake that the seller made and further more personal matters have nothing to do with it. Please do better for the next customer! Would give 0 stars if I could
